But what is there to say, really? I went to the Diamant Museum. I saw Chinatown, the old Jewish neighborhood and the Cogels-Osylei. I explored the historic city center and discovered an old folktale about a wicked giant who lost his hand to the Schelde. Mostly, though, I walked around and ate. The sun was warm, the Kriek was cold, and the chicken knees, alas, were nowhere to be found.
