"What I Cooked Today" Day 113

Today was the last day of our stay at the campsite and we wanted to prepare a dish with left-overs. Alas, when we finally came back from our horseback riding trip and we wanted to get some extra ingredients, all the stores were closed, so we had dinner at the campsite's café instead, where I had me some pasta carbonara.
