Today was Easter Sunday and Jochem and I had a really great day. It was nice to know that we would have two whole days to do nothing after such a busy weekend of working and party planning. We slept in, watched a bunch of The Office episodes, took a walk around the neighborhood (first stop: homemade Italian ice cream at Roberto Gelato) and the park (second stop: drinks on the little floating island in the water at the Park Café. When we got home we made a great dish for such fine weather: roasted potatoes and chicken from the oven served with a Greek herb and yogurt sauce.
