Today, after work, Jochem and I traveled to Almelo with the cats. Right before we took a bus, we had our last plate of cauliflower risotto for dinner. And, after we had some drinks at my brother's place, we made these fantastic sandwiches fried in butter topped with meats and cheeses. I may have clotted some arteries though.
