Tonight, after spending the afternoon at the swimming pool, Jochem and I cooked mac 'n' cheese. I LOVE this recipe for mac 'n' cheese, which says a lot, because while living in the US the thought of mac 'n' cheese really grossed me out. Of course, as always, it all comes down to using fresh ingredients. We added tomatoes, fresh thyme and high quality cheeses to make it extra special.
