Today I had left-over asparagus quiche with potatoes and cheese. Jochem is still in Germany. The weather is still hot. I am still uninspired and grateful to be having so many left-overs from Monday. I did, however, prepare politically correct haddock with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Unfortunately, the whole meal quite literally fell apart as I was cooking it, but as my dad always says: it doesn't really matter how your food looks, because where it'll end up there are no curtains either (which, FYI, sounds much better and funnier in Dutch).
