PIZZA FEST PART I. In order to save some of our budget, I asked Jochem to prepare vegetarian pizzas for the next couple of days. Jochem loves to do it and homemade pizzas are hella nice! Today he made one pizza with homemade tomato sauce, potatoes, fresh herbs and garlic chips and one pizza with shiitake mushrooms. Both pizzas had mozzarella and spicy olive oil.
