After spending the most random day in Leeuwarden, a city way up north in the country, shamelessly abusing our student right to ride public transportation for free (we bought an old pan at a flea market! And real saffron in a Spanish store!), we came home to cook another recipe from Jochem's cookbook for men, namely soufflé. This dish is not as impressive as it might sound - it's basically a simple appetizer with cream, eggs and cheese, but it just looks cool (at least it's supposed to).
