Today Bic came over for dinner and we made something that had been watering our mouths since the first time we saw it in Jamie Oliver's magazine: hamburgers! I bought organic minced pork at the butcher's because minced pork has more fat than other minced meat, which would apparently be beneficial to the outcome of this recipe. The hamburgers I made were seasoned with nothing more than sea salt, black pepper and vegetable oil. On top of the hamburgers I served stir-fried onions with parsley and some cheddar. This was again served on a piece of ciabatta from the oven with some lettuce and tomato. To accompany the hamburgers I chose not to make fries but the carrots from the oven which I also made on Sunday. It was delish!
